Tuozhan TM TZW-3 series alcohol and water mixed white oil is the new generation of environmental-friendly concave plastic mixed oil which is developed with independent intellectual property rights.It mainly uses 95% alcohol as dilution solvent. It is safe, non-toxic, hygienic and environmental-friendly, an ideal substitute for traditional concave benzene-soluble oil.
1. The product can be used to dispose BOPP, OPP and CPP thin film (surface tension≥38 dyne). It is not recommended for PET film printing.
2. It is mainly used for the mixed package of dry food, as candy, biscuits, bread, chocolate and cold dessert.
3. It is not suitable for the package of water-boiling and high-temperature stewing food.
1. The product has a fine printing adaptability. It would not block or stain the plate, cause static electricity or hurt the knife.
2. The net dot of the product shows excellent colors with vivid three-color set print and clear levels. It has extraordinary shallow net transformation ability.
3. The product has low viscosity level and high color content, and is specifically suitable for the printing of middle and fast machine speed.

1. The ink is especially suitable for printing at middle or high speed. Cross-color may appear during the registering process of colored ink at low speed. Cross-color will basically disappear after speeding up to ordinary machine speed after registering process.
2. The best printing viscosity is within 13~16s/(25°C) zahn cup.
3. Please stir the oil adequately before using. The quality guarantee period for the oil is one year and the oil shall not be mixed with other types/
4. The oil is plastic concave inner printing ink, which is only suitable for the inner printing of plastic thin film rather than the outside printing.
5. The best storage temperature for the ink is 25°C, the temperature must be kept between 5°C to 38°C. Keep dry and ventilated.
6. As the ethyl alcohol dilution solvent in printing process contains a small amount of water. If the drying effect of oven is not good enough or the blast capacity is not adequate, the volatilization of alcohol may not be complete. So there might be remaining flavor of alcohol in the product, leading to after-tack phenomenon. In order to promote the oil to be completely dry, it is suggested to improve the drying tunnel temperature, increase the blowing capacity and add drying time. Special attention needs to be paid.
7. The system has a high concentration of white ink, so the printing plate should be adjusted accordingly. The recommended plate depth is 35µ, which could not only reduce solvent remaining volume greatly while reducing the odor, but also brings a significant cost reduction.
8. This product could not be used for extrusion compound.
Our product has been used by many and reported an excellent reflection. We have conducted thorough quality control and factory-leaving test for the producing processes. As the factors including plate depth, machine speed, drying capacity, temperature, dilution solvent during printing as well as the amount of coating, the matching of curing agent and conditions of ripening are beyond our control, please carry out necessary experiments before using. 1. Printing viscosity: the printing viscosity relies on the adjustment of factors as printing speed and conditions. We commonly dilute TZW-3709 white ink in 13~16 s/(25°C) 3# zahn cup.

Notes: If you have requirements for printing cost, the proportion of ethyl acetate could be on the increase or methyl alcohol can be chosen as the substitute for ethyl alcohol. However, as methyl alcohol is quite toxic, we do not suggest using it.
3. Industrial requirements: The product adapts to different speeding and depth of plate. The temperature of printing drying tunnel is suggested to be set between 60-70°C within the permission of printing base materials and oven temperature.
