Notes:1. The proportion of dilution is adjusted based on the specific printing pages, the data above is just for your reference. 2. In a constantly high temperature and humidity environment, the amount of butyl ester or propylene glycol methyl ether acetate could be increased. Butyl ester will not affect the remaining of solvent. |

3. Printing viscosity
According to the depth of printing plate and the speed of printing machine, the recommended viscosities are:
White ink:12-15s/zahn cup 3#(25℃)
Colored ink:13-18s/zahn cup3#(25℃)
4. Reminders
The using reminder of ink mark:
Ink with S mark can only be used for lighting packaging without boiling or stewing.
Ink with F mark can only be used for the boiling requirements below ≤100℃.
Ink with R mark can be used for all packages. The using scope ofdetailed numbers is available in INK SETTING.
We do not recommend to use gold and silver ink for boiling and stewing products. Please test to confirm if needed.
Light permeation of F101耐晒桃红 would appear when used for the stewing and boiling of NY membrane. Please confirm if it conforms to the requirement of your company first.
Reminders for nylon thin membrane:
Under common circumstances, when printed nylon membrane is used for
leisure food packaging, solidification solvent is not required for boiling and stewing at 121℃.Special requirements and craft require arather high mixed strength (above the national standard). So, it issuggested to add 1%-3% R10# solidification solvent to bottom white ink to achieve stable mixed strength. At room temperature, the ink with solidification solvent can be used continually for over 72 hours. Please add another 1%-3% solvent and over one half new ink when reusing the old ink.
Under common circumstances, TZA-8 series ink does not need subsidiary solvent. 3-5% anti-sticking solvent could be added in disposal of thin membrane on both sides. However, over addition may influence the mixed performance.
Please carry out an experiment to confirm the matching performance with sticky solvent when used for boiling and stewing of PET and NY.
